Allegany County Sheriff Office deputies on Saturday responded to 12512 Bowling Street in Cumberland for a reported domestic assault complaint. Investigation led to the arrest of Timothy Allen Stewart, age 32 of Cumberland. He was transported to District Court and held on $8500 bond. Stewart was charged with one count of 2nd degree assault.
