Allegany County Sheriff Craig Robertson tells WCBC News that his department will join with Maryland State Police in stepping up patrols at businesses that are open 24 hours a day. The move comes after two armed robberies of convenience stores that occurred Saturday night in LaVale and Bowling Green.
