An investigation is underway into a shooting near the University of Maryland Baltimore campus. According to ABC News, four people were shot, three fatally wounded in the 10:30 p.m. shooting Tuesdaqy night. A fourth victim walked into a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound and is being treated in stable condition.
