West Virginia State Police report a six vehicle pile up shut down Interstate 68 at Coopers Rock in Preston County.
The mishap occurred around 8 AM when a car swerved to miss a tow truck that was pulling another vehicle out of the median.
Four people were taken to the hospital, and early indications are that none of the injuries are life threatening.
