If you think it's cold, here's some thoughts of duties that will make you shiver. This fellow is cutting the ice behind Uno's. The 17th Annual Deep Creek Dunk, benefitting Special Olympics Maryland, will take place Saturday in Garrett County. Several hundred brave souls, begging to have their sanity questioned, will take part. The event annually raised over $100,000 for the program.
