Wow! Very evasive answers to questions concerning the number of positive cases.
What would you expect from a lawyer?
Covid-19 is running rampant but the nursing home would only allow a lawyer, in Ohio, speak about our local situation. CYA!

B.S. No one is stopping that shyster from volunteering to empty bed pans in this nursing home!! No, he’d rather leave that to their grossly UNDERPAID & OVERWORKED staff!! Staff that also wasn’t given proper PPE either. He’ll call them ‘heroes’ but they won’t PAY them like they’re any kind of ‘hero’. gtfo-scum

The reason its hitting nursing homes is because they are dirty and leave patients sit in filth. Personal experience!!

Isn’t it correct that the contract to qualify for assignment of a patient’s monthly $ allotment requires that the facility be the best care option for the patient? If they are in over their heads, they should send residents to the hospital.
