State Police make drug arrest

On Tuesday afternoon, Maryland State troopers stopped a vehicle W/B I-68 @ Rocky Gap for a routine traffic violation.  The odor of marijuana lead to a search of the vehicle which revealed 3.8 grams of marijuana.  A search of the drivers person revealed 55 bags of cocaine weighing 17.9 grams.  The driver, Tywan Mosha Golden was arrested on felony distribution charges and taken to the Cumberland barrack for processing. The District court commissioners office held him on a $200,000 bond. The C3I Narcotics Task Force also assisted.
