State Senator Believes Area Needs An Energy Corridor

When it comes to getting western Maryland out of its economic doldrums, State Senator George Edwards says there are three focal points: access, energy and education. Edwards pointed out that the proposed north/south transportation corridor is still on the drawing board and remains a top priority when it comes to creating economic development opportunities.
