State’s Attorney To Consider Domestic Issues In Murder Case

August 21st, 2014 by WCBC Radio

WCBC News has learned that the victim of Tuesday evening’s fatal stabbing in Midland had several instances that may be related to domestic violence on his criminal record.

Edward Allen Kimble had been charged several times with violating the terms of a protective order, and in recent years, had been brought up a few times on charges of 2nd degree assault, only to have the cases placed on the stet docket.

Allegany County State’s Attorney Michael Twigg says that record could have an impact on the future of the charges brought against Jessyca Kimble in the case.
