During the regular business meeting, Cumberland City Councilman David Kauffman updated the status of the Expression of Interest for the city-owned property at 19 Frederick St., formerly occupied by the Allegany County Human Resources Development Commission. Kauffman said that an EOI is typically one level lower than a request for a proposal. He said the goal is to generate interest in the facility in the post-secondary education community,” said Kauffman.
