Maryland State Police as asking for assistance in locating a suspect who broke into a car on Glen Oaks Drive, Bel Air, Md on 11/06/2011. The suspect then entered the Circle K gas station located on McMullen Hwy moments later and used the stolen credit card to purchase cigarettes.
