Additional Suspects Arrested in Ft. Cumberland Shooting

On 04/06/2016 Investigators with the Allegany County Combined Criminal Investigation Unit (C3I) arrested 18 year old Alexis Nicol Fisher, of Cumberland, after she turned herself in, in connection with the shooting incident which occurred at Fort Cumberland Homes on 03/30/2016. During the investigation into the incident, C3I Investigators talked to numerous witnesses and reviewed surveillance video. During review of the video, Investigators learned that the suspects initially fled the scene on foot, but were observed jumping into a car operated by Fisher, who then drove the suspects from the scene to avoid apprehension by law enforcement. Fisher was charged with Accessory After the Fact to Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Obstructing and Hindering Police, and a handgun violation. Fisher was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance. She was released on personal recognizance pending her next court appearance. 22 year old Mark Antonio Brown, Jr, of Cumberland, and 18 year old Nickoli Dundar Cakus, of Cumberland, have already been arrested in conjunction with the incident. Both have been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, 1st Degree Assault, and related charges. C3I Investigators have obtained warrants for three more suspects involved the initial shooting. Those suspects are identified as 25 year old Marquise Lanard "Buck" Holt, 24 year old David Lee "Da Da" Kesler, Jr., and 28 year old Timothy Bobby "Rideout" Miller. Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of any of the suspects is asked to contact the Cumberland Police, at 301-777-1600, the C3I Unit, at 301-777-0326, or their nearest law enforcement agency. Callers who wish to remain anonymous can contact the Allegany/Mineral County Crime Solvers at 301-722-4300, where callers may be eligible for a reward of up to $1500.00 for information leading to an arrest in this case.
