The days of taking your kids to Constitution Park for a visit to the railroad car, Army tank, fire truck or airplane may soon be ending as plans- as talks are ongoing to donate those items to various groups in the area. First up for a transfer is the railroad caboose. The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad board of directors is requesting the city donate the B&O Caboose to be relocated to railroad property and restored. Local historian Al Feldstien said that he supports the relocation, but would like to see a different name selected better reflecting the railroad’s history in Cumberland. ..
