On Friday, Cumberland City Police responded to High Bedford Street for a report of a disabled vehicle. Upon the officers' arrival, they observed a vehicle that had struck a porch of a residence. During an investigation, officers learned that the vehicle had been in an accident earlier in the day. Officers contacted the owner and after an investigation, placed her under arrest upon suspicion of DWI. Breann Haines, 20, was later released pending trial. Officers also arrested Ben Cristofori, 36, for possession of CDS after searching the vehicle. He is currently behing held on $5000.00 bond.
