School administration and local law enforcement officers are currently investigating a rumor of a threat at Allegany High School; however, it is not believed that the threat is credible. Students and staff are not in any danger.
UPDATE: Law enforcement has confirmed that threatening rumor is NOT credible, and there is no threat to school.
