Allegany County Sheriff Craig Robertson has been conducting a series of town hall meetings to address the local heroin epidemic. Robertson said the meetings began as a way to educate area high school health class students. He says the instruction is designed to hopefully reach kids before they ever become involved in opioids and heroin. Three meetings have already been held and three more are scheduled.
