A woman seeking treatment at the Western Maryland Health System on Tuesday morning was surprised when she returned to the parking lot- discovering that two tires were missing from her vehicle. Cumberland City Police was notified and are investigating. The Health System does employ a security service. A spokesperson for the health system told WCBC News that security staff is reviewing the surveillance tapes and working with local law enforcement on the investigation.
