After months of public comments, the Maryland Transportation Authority adopted a plan that will increase tolls at the Bay Bridge. The MTA unanimously approved a plan that will raise Bay Bridge tolls from $2.50 to $4 effective November 1. The toll will rise to $6 in July 2013.
