West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin gave his final State of the State Address this week in Charleston, announcing new licensing requirements for Suboxone and Methadone clinics, requiring medication-assisted treatment facilities to provide therapies in coordination with medication to help to treat the root causes behind addictions.
