The Hagerstown Barrack has cleared a two vehicle motor vehicle collision which resulted in the closure of lane 1 of S/B I81 N/O MD 68. This collision involved two fully loaded tractor trailers which were both rendered disabled as a result of the collision. The at fault tractor trailer was operated by E. Waidley Jr., 71, who was unable to control his speed to avoid colliding with the second tractor trailer. The second tractor trailer was operated by H. Ramon, 33, who was transported by EMS to Meritus Medical Center. This collision was due to I-81 south bound being closed for a fatal accident that occurred earlier in West Virginia.
