Maryland State Police Hagerstown Barrack responded for a call for service regarding a tractor trailer rollover on the ramp from US Rt. 11 North to I 81 North at exit 2, Williamsport. Upon arrival, a tractor trailer hauling bananas had overturned, spilling contents through the roof. The driver sustained only minor injuries at the scene. The ramp remains closed to traffic flow until the offloading of the cargo is completed and the truck is up righted. Maryland SHA and the Washington County Fire Police also responded to assist Troopers with traffic control. An updated press release will be completed and sent out when the ramp is re-opened. The investigation is continuing.
