A traffic alert for a campaign event this afternoon.
A Trump Train of vehicles will organize in the parking lot of Allegany College of Maryland at 1 PM, and will take a route that brings it up Oldtown Road and onto Henderson Avenue, before heading to Frostburg on Alternate Route 40, then south on Maryland 36 to Westernport, and east on 135 before returning to the Cumberland area by coming north on Route 220.
In other areas, the parade of vehicles has caused traffic congestion due to its length, meaning if you have somewhere to travel, you may want to take the route into account. The Allegany County Republican Women's Club has invited partipation and supporters to line the route.
