On 7/3/2018 the Cumberland City Police served two arrest warrants on Todd Adams Jr for failure to appear in District Court on charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Mr. Adams was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance and released on his personal recognizance.
