Allegany County 911 dispatched police, fire and emergency medical services units to US 220 in Cresaptown after the report of a two vehicle collision.
The mishap is said to have taken place near Liller's Paving.
One lane of the road was shutdown due to the crash.
8:36 PM UPDATE: Both lanes are now open to traffic.
