The Maryland State Highway Administration, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration adopted a U.S. Route 219 Planning and Environment Linkages study and will introduce it from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Grantsville Elementary School cafeteria. The aim of the meeting is to obtain feedback on the vision, goals and study alignments of the proposed highway project. There will be no formal presentation, however, project team members will be available to answer questions and discuss study-related issues.
