UPMC official: COVID vaccine approval unlikely before spring

While UPMC and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine continue to work on a potential COVID-19 vaccine- the notion that a vaccine could be ready within the next few months was deemed unrealistic by system leaders during a Tuesday afternoon press conference.
