Valentine Claims Poison Atmosphere In Annapolis

Allegany County Commission President Bill Valentine is in Annapolis through Wednesday, working on various legislative proposals through personal contact and in his role with the Maryland Association of Counties.

Valentine told WCBC's Jim Drake this morning that Democrats are doing their best to scuttle the proposals of Republican Governor Larry Hogan.  He pointed to the Rain Tax that died in committee recently on a party line vote.
