Although rumors persist that there is some friction between DelFest representatives and Allegany County Commissioner Jake Shade and Administrator David Eberly- at least on commissioner doesn’t see a problem. Speculation has centered on DelFest business manager Stan Strictland’s perceived lack of confidence in Shade and Eberly, suggesting that two haven’t been supporters of the of annual festival.
