Just days before the primary election, Allegany County Commissioner Bill Valentine is continuing to face questions about his campaign financial reports- with the issue raised once again at the county’s regular public meeting on Thursday. A lack of financial information on the state board of election website led to constituent Ed Taylor raising the issue with Valentine two weeks ago. Since then there has been media coverage and it was a topic discussed during a Wednesday night county commissioners candidates forum. When pressed again by Taylor for answers, Valentine invited him to his county office where he said all of the complete fiscal information about his campaign is available. Taylor says his main concern is why- two weeks after the error was pointed out- it still apparently has not been corrected…
