On 09/28/14 at approximately 3:00 AM Cumberland Police Officers were called to a Pennsylvania Avenue address for the violation of a protective order. Upon the Officers’ arrival they located Dominique Wilson standing outside of the residence. Upon speaking with Wilson he stated he was aware there was an active Protective Order on him at this residence. He stated he filed to have it dropped but was aware it was still active. It was determined Wilson had attempted to contact the victim several times by telephone and in person. After reviewing the protective order it was determined Wilson had violated the Court Order. Wilson was placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters. He was awaiting a bond hearing for the Offense.
