“War On Rural Maryland” Over Says Valentine

Allegany County Commissioners President Bill Valentine says that in his opinion the so-called “war of rural Maryland” that many believed existed during the O’Malley administration has ended. During the eight years that democrat Governor Martin O’Malley served, many rural Maryland officials felt they were being short changed and essentially ignored.
