On Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017 the Cumberland City Police served a Circuit Court warrant on Justin Travis Scarpelli for violation of probation. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
Justin Travis Scarpelli, age: 36, Corriganville, Maryland.
Charge: VOP
Held without bond.
