Warrants Served and Theft Arrest Made

Bench Warrant Service On 05/01/17 an officer from the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Natalie Ann Pensinger. The warrant stemmed from an April 2017 court case when Pensinger failed to appear for court on the original charge of animal cruelty. Pensinger was transported to the district court commissioner’s office for her initial appearance. As a result of the hearing she was released pending trial in district court. On 05/01/17 an officer from the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Gabrielle Jewel Poe. The warrant stemmed from a fraud complaint that occurred in February 2017. Poe was transported to the district court commissioner’s office for her initial appearance. As a result of the hearing she was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 bond. Arrested: Gabrielle Jewel Poe, age 38 Cumberland, MD Charges: Credit card steal another’s Fraud identity information theft under $1,000 Personal credit card theft less than $1,000 Use/disclose credit card False credit card charge goods less than $1,000 Credit card/another charge less than $1,000

Theft Arrest On 05/01/17 an officer from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Wineow Street business for a theft complaint. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with an employee at the business. The employee told the officer two male subjects removed several items of food from the business and left without paying. The subjects were located a short distance from the business and placed under arrest. Both of the subjects, William Lee Wratchford Jr. & Asia NMN Broadway IV were transported to the station for charges and processing. Wratchford Jr. & Broadway IV were released from the station on criminal citations pending trial in district court. Arrested: William Lee Wratchford Jr., age 18 Cumberland, MD Asia NMN Broadway IV, age 18 Cresaptown, MD Both of the subjects were charges with: Theft less than $100.00
