Arrest Warrant Served On September 20, 2016 the Cumberland Police served a warrant on Alicia Danyelle Clayton for Theft Less than $1000. The charges are the result of an investigation by the Cumberland Police that occurred on June 23, 2016. At that time Cumberland Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Goethe Street for a reported theft. Investigation revealed Clayton had stolen numerous medical items from the Western Maryland Health System. Clayton was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial in District Court. Arrested: Alicia Danyelle Clayton, age: 23, Cumberland, MD Charges: Theft: Less $1000 Value
Arrest Warrant Served On September 20, 2016 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Dennis Paul Fresh. The warrant charged Fresh with 2nd Degree Assault. Fresh was taken to a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court. Bench Warrant Served On September 20, 2016 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant on Cassie Lynn Phillips for failing to appear for court on November 22, 2013 on an original charge of Disorderly Conduct. Phillips was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on $3000 pending her next court appearance. CDS Arrest On September 20, 2016 at approximately 7:23 PM the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of Spring Street and Maryland Avenue for a disturbance complaint. While investigating the complaint, police made contact with several individuals who had been involved in the disturbance, inside a vehicle in the 200 block of Spring Street. During the course of the investigation the vehicle was searched. A passenger in the vehicle, Antonio Alonzo Thompson, was found to be in possession of CDS. Thompson was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance.
