UDPATE:
As of late Saturday evening, repairs had allowed water service to be restored in all areas other than those in the direct vicinity of the break.
INITIAL REPORT:
Allegany County 911 advises that a water main has given way on Darrows Avenue in Cresaptown.
Water service in the Cresaptown area has been affected by the break, which was reported late in the 5 PM hour Saturday.
Crews were dispatched to repair the break.
