The Allegany County Chamber of Commerce and WCBC Radio will host a candidates forum Monday afternoon and early evening Monday October 22nd at Allegany College of Maryland. Scheduled to run from 4 until 6 p.m.- hour number one will feature the candidates for Maryland’s Sixth District Congressional seat: Republican incumbent Roscoe Bartlett and his Democratic challenger John Delaney. The second half of the event will feature the three candidates running for two open Cumberland City Council seats: Nicole Wagoner, John Cline and David Caporale.
