Northeastern Mineral County in eastern West Virginia... * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 431 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that caused 1 to 2 inches of rain within an hour. The heaviest rain will move out within the next hour, but creeks and streams will continue to rise. Flooding of low-lying areas is expected. * Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cumberland, Bel Air, La Vale, Ridgeley, Cresaptown, Potomac Park, Wiley Ford, Spring Gap, Patterson Creek, Pinto, Short Gap, North Branch, Brady and Wolfe Mill.
