The spray painted wall in Westminster read: “No Illeagals here, No Undocumented Democrats.” The debate over whether it is proper to investigate the graffiti as a hate crime continued Thursday morning on the Dave Norman Program. Dave asked Allegany County State’s Attorney Michael Twigg if he thought the graffiti met the standard of hate crime.
