Wiley Ford Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint

On Thursday, February 8, 2018, at about 8:50PM, the Mineral County 911 Center received a call from the Little Presses Market Gas Station located at 996 Frankfort Highway Ridgeley, Mineral County, West Virginia reporting an armed robbery.  Cumberland City Police were dispatched to secure the area until West Virginia authorities could arrive on the scene. The West Virginia State Police and the Mineral County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.

The gas station attendant reported a lone gunman entered the gas station building displaying a pistol and retrieved an undisclosed amount of US Currency. The suspect is described as an African American male, approximately 5-08, weighing over 200 pounds, wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans, a black scarf concealing his face, and dark sunglasses.
