It seems it’s never too early to begin speculating on which politicians will run for what office- and rumors are rampant in Maryland. The state’s House Majority Leader William Frick is raising money to run for Congress in 2018, anticipating fellow Democrat Representative John Delaney may vacate one of the state's most competitive seats. Frick said this week that Republicans were eyeing the 6th Congressional District to flip back into their column, and that Democrats need to be ready to defend it if Delaney chooses to run for governor instead. Although Delaney said last week he'll make a formal announcement about the governor's race in June, thus far his public comments have suggested he doesn’t have an interest in leaving Washington for Annapolis…
