Plans for the annual Tri-State Wing-Off moving forward with the talent scheduled to perform now in place. The event is re-locating for a second time with the hopes being that the Allegany County Fairgrounds can become the permanent home for the popular Western Maryland Jaycees fundraiser. The “Thomas Cumberland Tri-State Wing-Off and Music Festival” is scheduled to take place just a few weeks after the annual DelFest concerts- and Event Coordinator Matt Miller tells WCBC News that DelFest organizers have provided tremendous assistance in helping put the show together…
