For Cumberland, Central and Eastern Allegany County, and Eastern Mineral and Grant counties... Total wet snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are expected. * WHERE...In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant and Eastern Mineral. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM EDT Monday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Most of the snow will be on grassy and unpaved surfaces, but moderate to heavy snowfall rates will likely cause road surfaces to become snow covered. This will impact the morning commute Monday. Expect reduced visibilities at times.
