Allegany County Emergency Management has issued a winter weather advisory through Saturday morning. Mixed precipitation expected. Rain will change to sleet and freezing rain late this evening before changing to snow after midnight. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total snow and sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected along with a light glaze of ice from freezing rain. Along and west of the Allegheny Front in Maryland, eastern West Virginia and Virginia.
