Despite a December that has been high on warm temperatures and short on snow, the Wisp Resort in Garrett County says it will have Sunset Boulevard and one conveyor carpet open along with the Wisp Kids area. The week of Christmas is a key week for the resort, and during a normal winter, hosts thousands of skiers, many of which plan their holiday vacations months in advance.
