With wind gusts reaching 40-45 mph Wednesday night into Thursday, both Allegany and Garrett County are reporting power outages. According to Potomac Edison officials, 868 customers in Allegany County and 124 customers in Garrett County have reported outages. In West Virginia, Hampshire County has been the hardest hit reporting 1467 outages with Mineral County reporting 161 outages. Power is expected to be restored by 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
