Officers were dispatched to a residence on Baltimore Ave. for a report of a violation of a protective order. Upon the officers arrival they contacted the victim who advised that Brandon Spruell was in her residence. She stated that this was in violation of a protective order that she has on Spruell. She also advised that Spruell broke her phone prior to the officers arrival. Spruell was located in the house sitting on the couch. Spruell was placed under arrest and transported to PH. At PH he was charged and processed. He was taken for a Bond Hearing and held in the ACDC on a Temporary Commitment awaiting an attorney for his Bond Hearing.

Charges: Violation of Protective Order, DOP
