WCBC received a tip that a woman had been pushed from a moving vehicle on Knobley Road near Short Gap early Thursday afternoon.
Details are not available, but we do know that West Virginia State Police are investigating. Dispatchers tell us that a woman was found in the road and has been taken to Western Maryland Health System for treatment.
At this point, it is not known if the woman was pushed, fell, or jumped from the vehilcle.
The investigation is continuing.
