Women Charged By City Police

On Saturday, Cumberland Police served Angela Deanne Guinn for failing to appear for trial in District Court on September 11th, 2018 for assault and disorderly conduct charges. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $3,000 bond.

On Friday, Cumberland City Police responded the Queen City Flea Market on Franklin Street for a female that had been detained by employees for stealing. When the officer arrived, he identified the female as Terry Lee Bosley. According to store employees, Bosely concealed several items under her arms and then tried to leave the store without paying. Upon speaking with Bosely, the officer did notice the store’s merchandise under her arms and in the waist band of her pants. She was arrested and taken to the Cumberland Police Department and later cited for theft and released pending trial.
