During the Summer Meeting of the West Virginia Republican State Executive Committee on Saturday, members had a chance to cast a ballot in a members only presidental straw poll. Each member was asked to select their top three candididates. Dr. Ben Carson finished first, Senator Ted Cruz second, Carly Fiorina third and Donald Trump fourth, all separated by a total of eight votes.
