West Virginia Governor Jim Justice signed the Flood Production Planning Council into law over the weekend.
The bill signing was done in Clendenin, where a one year anniversary observance was held to commemorate the flood, and the recovery….
23 people died in the flooding, and millions of dollars of damage was done to roads, bridges, homes, and other infrastructure.
